The correct part for your gearbox is Finis number 1383960 and is as far as I can extrapolate the switch you indeed identified in your photo.-.

Yep, just noticed that, you're probably right. Can't find out why my mk2 2009 1.8 petrol is over fuelling. I have checked the 02 sensors, sprayed everywhere to check for vacuum leaks, had it serviced, used forscan to check fuel trims, the stf and lft add up to 8 if that, which by industry standards is ok i believe.. Hoses from the intercooler to the turbo can split or collapse. Dirty fuel filters bring up an engine fault light. If the fuel filter seal is not replaced at the same time as a filter change it can cause air in the fuel line and problematic starting. Original Ford fuel filters are a must.

Really common problem we have seen on the 1.6 TDCI that come into us with DPF problems is that the rubber hoses that sit between the DPF and differential pressure sensor becomes brittle over time and breaks.

Morning all, Picked up an 08 Focus Mk2 recently and its great: 56K Miles 1.8ltr Petrol Runs fab but only when warm. On a morning when its cold and I start it, it seems to be struggling on idle. The needle isnt moving up and down like others report but it almost sounds like its not running on all

Ok thanks, 1.6 TDCi does use Eolys additive up to 2009. The FACM is under the rear seat base. This code could be caused by the cluster fault, but I'm not convinced yet. Ford Model: focus mk2 ti-vct. Without live data you're throwing money away replacing parts it could be as simple as a throttle position sensor it could be the air filter is clogged or the fuel filter needs replaced incorrect plug gaps etc etc. Quote. jLaukp5. 217 216 74 115 732 962
