To get to 100% productivity on a garage you have to have a 5 slot garage, with 5 trucks and drivers and then LEAVE the drivers to do their thing so that they level up, eventually you will get to 100%. You lose productivity by tinkering with the drivers' trucks too much so basically set the truck up from the I have looked for the company Engeron and any loads they might need for a couple of days now and have found nothing.
